Creekside Bible Church exists to know and spread the grace and truth of Jesus Christ, to the glory of God

• THE BIBLE is God’s inspired, relevant message to man.
• GOD exists eternally in the three persons of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, yet He is one God.
• THE FATHER rules the flow of history according to His purpose and grace. He is completely holy and loving, everywhere present, all-powerful, all-knowing, just and merciful.
• JESUS CHRIST is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, risen from the dead and ascended to heaven. He is undiminished deity and perfect humanity permanently united in one person.
• THE HOLY SPIRIT permanently indwells every believer from the moment of salvation. He gives every believer gifts for service and God’s power for daily life.
• MAN is created in God’s image, yet man is a sinner.
• SALVATION is God’s free gift to anyone who will believe that Christ’s death on the cross is the only requirement for forgiveness of sins and eternal life.
• THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH is the visible expression of God’s kingdom today. Membership in it is based solely upon a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• THE LOCAL CHURCH is an assembly of believers gathering together in fellowship to show and speak the grace and truth of Jesus Christ to each other, their community and the world.
• THE ORDINANCES – Baptism and The Lord’s Supper – commemorate what Christ did for the church.
• BAPTISM is an individual’s public declaration of choosing to be identified with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection.
• THE LORD’S SUPPER is a reminder of Jesus’ body and blood, given to provide for salvation, and of His promise to return and take us to be with Him.
• HISTORY is controlled by God and will culminate in the return of Christ and the establishment of His kingdom on earth, accompanied by those who have placed their faith in Him.
