We have talked about justice and mercy in ministry and mission in various forms, from the vulnerable unborn baby and his/her mother, to the immigrant to the nations that have showed up at our door here in Texas. The various competing worldviews surrounding these issues have created so much anger and division and many churches in our land have taken a defensive, angry approach of ending the argument instead of engaging the person. But at Creekside Bible Church the heart of our vision is the grace and truth of Jesus Christ. We want to get us much grace and truth from Jesus as we can and spread it to neighborhoods and nations.

In 1 Corinthians 9 the apostle Paul tells us how to become all things to all people for the sake of the gospel, to give up our rights and take up our responsibility to go to people right where they are for the sake of the gospel. Let’s pray for this to become reality here at Creekside!
